Childcare at Mount Peter Early Learning

A Home Away From Home for Little Learners

At Mount Peter Early Learning, we understand that choosing the right childcare is a big decision. Our centres provide a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where your child can feel at home. We believe in giving children the space to explore at their own pace, build friendships, and develop essential life skills in a supportive setting. Our flexible routines and caring educators ensure your child is nurtured physically, emotionally, and socially, helping them grow in confidence and independence.

Child-Friendly Learning Spaces

Our childcare environments are crafted with young children in mind.

From indoor learning areas to vibrant outdoor play spaces, we encourage curiosity and fun at every turn.

Learning Through Play-Based Experiences

We believe children learn best through play. Our curriculum balances both guided and independent activities, encouraging children to explore, discover, and engage with the world around them in a warm and supportive environment.

We also focus on helping each child feel a strong sense of belonging within our centre’s community.

A Safe Space for Your Child

At Mount Peter Early Learning, your child’s well-being and safety are always our top priorities. Our dedicated educators create a loving, secure environment where children feel safe to explore and grow at their own pace.

We also follow strict health and safety protocols, constantly updating our practices to ensure every child is cared for in a healthy, safe environment.

Educational Programs and Development

Our inquiry-based curriculum encourages children to ask questions, make choices, and explore their interests. We carefully monitor each child’s developmental milestones and provide support as needed.

Our programs also help children build important social skills like empathy, kindness, and gratitude.

Forest School at Mount Peter

At Mount Peter, our Forest School program lets kids be kids, allowing them to explore, play, and connect with nature in their own way. Your child will build important skills like problem-solving, resilience, and teamwork while climbing, digging, and discovering the world around them.

This hands-on approach helps them grow in confidence and develop socially and emotionally, all in a safe, supportive environment. It’s the perfect way for your child to learn, grow, and thrive while embracing the joy of being outdoors.

Nutritious Meals Tailored for Every Child

We believe healthy eating is key to your child’s growth and development. That’s why our balanced meals are freshly prepared on-site and carefully designed to meet the dietary and cultural needs of every child.

We ensure each meal is nutritious and enjoyable, helping instil lifelong healthy habits.

Communication and Parental Involvement

We believe in open, ongoing communication with parents, informing you about your child’s progress and daily activities.

Through the Storypark app, we share regular updates, ensuring you always feel connected and involved in your child’s learning journey
